This is the second home we buy with Maria. We started with 0 down in Los Angeles and in less than a year we had equity on it. We decided to sell it and move part of our equity to our second home in Lynwood where our children will be in a better school district. We now have equity in our second home and savings in our bank. We love the change and the freedom we have now and all Thanks to Maria Barragan and her lender's guidance that made it happened

For many years we have been trying to buy our fist home but we were told we don't qualify. In 2004 we were referred to Maria Barragan, she introduced us to her financial consultant and guide us trough the process and now we own our fist home in the city of Gardena. We are exited we were able to start in the city we wanted.
